Understanding diagnoses
Understanding a diagnosis can feel confusing, overwhelming, or even unsettling. I offer a calm, supportive space to help you make sense of what your diagnosis means for you in a practical and realistic way.
In sessions, we explore how a diagnosis relates to your experiences, patterns, and everyday life. This may include talking through common misunderstandings, identifying what feels relevant to you, and understanding what can actually help moving forward.
I bring both lived experience and professional experience from working as a peer support worker within personality disorder services. My aim is not to label or define you, but to help you feel more informed, reassured, and confident in understanding yourself.
One-off sessions are also available for people who want space to talk through a recent diagnosis, ask questions, or understand what support options may look like moving forward. These sessions offer clear, practical guidance without pressure to commit to ongoing support.
