Rebuilding After Crisis
Peer support can be helpful after a crisis, when you are beginning to regain stability and want space to reflect, process what has happened, and move forward.
These sessions focus on helping you understand what led up to the crisis, recognise early warning signs, and develop practical strategies to support your wellbeing going forward. We also work on rebuilding confidence, routines, and a greater sense of control over time.
Support is calm, respectful, and non-judgemental. You can talk openly about your experiences at your own pace, without pressure or expectations.
After The Storm Peer Support does not provide crisis intervention or emergency support. Sessions are most suitable when you feel safe and stable enough to engage in reflective, structured work. If you are currently in crisis, you will be encouraged to contact appropriate emergency or clinical services for support.
