Our Peer Support Approach
Our peer support approach is practical, collaborative, and focused on real-life application. Sessions are structured but flexible, giving space to reflect while also working toward small, meaningful changes between sessions.We focus on helping you notice patterns, understand emotional responses, and develop strategies you can use outside of sessions. Support is paced carefully and shaped around what feels most helpful for you at the time.The aim is to build confidence, stability, and independence over time, rather than reliance on ongoing support.
