Peer Support
Individual peer support offers a consistent, one-to-one space to explore what is happening for you and work towards meaningful change over time. Sessions provide room to slow things down, reflect on experiences, and understand how thoughts, emotions, and patterns connect.
Support is flexible and shaped around what feels most useful for you. Some sessions may focus on understanding triggers or relationship patterns, while others may focus on emotional regulation, decision-making, or navigating specific challenges as they arise.
The work is steady and paced carefully, with a focus on helping you build confidence, stability, and practical strategies you can rely on outside of sessions.
