Emotional Regulation
Emotional regulation is about learning how to understand, manage, and respond to emotions in a way that feels safer and more balanced. Many people experience emotions very intensely or feel overwhelmed by them, which can affect relationships, decision-making, and day-to-day life.In sessions, we focus on understanding how emotions show up for you, what triggers them, and what keeps them going. We then explore practical strategies that help you slow things down, stay grounded, and respond differently in difficult moments.Over time, emotional regulation work helps reduce overwhelm, build confidence, and create more stability. The aim is not to avoid emotions, but to feel more in control of them and better equipped to manage whatever comes up.
